I believe we all have the power within to heal ourselves and each other. Originally from upstate New York, I had dreams of pursuing a career in natural healing. Throughout my journey to the West, I became more and more inspired by the amazing people I met and their sense of clarity and ability to heal others with touch. With this in mind I began to dive into the world of massage. Through attending seminars, reading countless bodywork and energy books, and experiencing the true nature of touch; I found the art of healing enlightening. I left my enchanted home in Taos, NM and embarked on an adventure to the northwest. Traveling along the coast of California, on the way, I finally arrived in Portland, Oregon in August of 2001. I attended East-West school of the Healing arts in January of 2002. I graduated in June of 2003 with a certification in Deep Tissue and Sports massage.
I started my new journey, as a massage therapist, at the Pearl Clinic in downtown Portland. I learned a great deal from my mentors, and discovered a greater passion for my work. In April of 2004 I made the decision to start my own practice. In my five years as a therapist I have grown immensely in many areas of massage. I now offer multiple modalities including; Deep tissue, Sports massage, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, and cupping. The search for new knowledge and understanding of the human body is forever my quest. I continue to learn and grow with each client interaction. Recent interests and classes I‘ve taken include Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. The future of bodywork and natural healing continues to grow. A concept that warms my heart and brightens my smile.
I continue to grow everyday, and learn from each massage I give. My passion for massage is great and I truly love bringing peace of mind and pain relief to all of my clients.
I look forward to many fulfilling years to come, in my practice, and evolving more and more with each day. I strongly believe in our power within. Your body heals your mind, and your mind heals your body. The power of touch is a great way to connect with yourself and realize your body’s potential.
Enjoy life, get outdoors, and smile always!
